Karen Newell saved our project and got us back on track. We had been rejected by Chase Bank, Newtek, Huntington, Ready Capital, and Liftfund. We went through LiftFund to try a third-party prep service, which ended in a $2,500 fee without refund and another rejection. Key Commercial Capital charged a fee, but only after they got us to our loan, and it was money well spent. Karen worked with us for 6 weeks and got us matched with a lender that gave us an SBA loan with better conditions than any of the other lenders' initial proposals. If you are struggling to get funding this is the place to go.

I do not believe 5 stars are enough to give to Karen. We are venturing into our first franchise with no prior knowledge of how to get an sba loan. Karen has always taken the time despite the time difference from Florida to Utah to answer any questions that might arise even on the weekends.She ensures that we always cross our T's and dot our I's on all forms even when they are not forms that directly deal with her. When the banks were slow to answer us, Karen took the time to contact whoever she needed to to keep the ball rolling down the field.This is the first if many stores we hope to open, and we plan on keeping Karen on our team.

Karen is an amazing lady and a wonder person to work with. We first called her in February 2022. We got Karen's number form a friend of ours that used her for a loan. We had already started the process with PNC Bank to try and get a SBA loan. It was our first time ever trying to get a SBA loan for a business. Since we had already started with PNC we thought we would continue with them and see where it would go. After 3 -4 week of them saying we are working on it, we are working on it. It ended up being denied for silly reasons. We then reached back out to Karen to get the job done. We got back in touch with her end of April 2022. She reviewed our package and suggested some changes that needed to be made. After all the work and help she put into the package and talking with us she submitted to one of her banks that she has a relationship with. It took about a week for the bank to get the package and look over it. We got denied by that bank, but Karen reassured us it was not the package or our fault. She had another investor lined up that week to look at out package. This new bank said it was a no brainer. 10 days later we had full approval with more money than the first bank wanted to lend.Overall Karen is a rockstar and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her.

Five Stars is simply not enough for the ABSOLUTELY amazing service from Karen Newell with Key Commercial Capital. We originally pursued an SBA loan through PNC Bank for a franchise start up who showed no interest whatsoever in working together and even acted adversely to the process. Our project and Grand Opening remained on schedule for one reason and one reason alone, Karen Newell. She cared about us, listened, worked tirelessly along side us, presented problems with actionable solutions honestly and professionally. I was looking for a loan to finance a truck for my new transportation business. As the investor and supervisor of the business, I personally do not have a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
